摘要
阐述了大港石化公司原有火炬气回收系统的工艺原理、工艺流程,分析了该系统回收利用中存在的问题。在此基础上,系统地阐述了该火炬气回收系统的改造过程、改造后火炬回收系统的工艺流程、工艺特点及改造后的运行效果。改造后的火炬气回收系统操作简单、运行平稳,实现了火炬气完全回收,提高了资源利用率,节能效果显著,经济效益明显。为探索火炬系统长周期运行提供了新方法,为熄灭火炬,提高经济效益,减轻环境污染提供了一条行之有效的新途径。
This paper expatiates on the process principles and technological process of the original flare gas recovery system in Dagang Petrochemical Company. It analyzes the existing problems in the system. On the basis of these,the paper expounds the renovation process of the flare gas recovery system systematically and the technological process,process characteristics and operation effects of the system after renovation of the flare gas recovery system. After renovation,the flare gas recovery system is easy to operate and works smoothly and the flare gas can be recovered completely. This improves the resource utilization rate and the energy-saving effect and economic benefits are significant. It also provides a new method to explore the long-term operation of the flare system and an effective new approach to extinguish the flame,improve economic benefits and reduce environmental pollution.
