摘要 重点阐述了中捷石化油气回收的重要性,并对中捷石化油气回收系统的调研及应用情况进行监测、总结。油气回收工艺由油气收集及平衡系统、油气回收系统两部分组成解析后的烃蒸气。收集系统采用中石化专利技术ZUO-QM型密封罩完成;油气回收系统中的吸附工艺经过对膜回收、活性炭吸附、冷凝+吸附、吸收四种工艺的调研、考察和比选,决定采用美国乔丹活性炭专利技术,吸附解吸后的油气用日发汽油来完成。该油气回收工艺正式投用后,排放浓度为≤5 g/m3(非甲烷烃),达到预期效果。 This paper focuses on introducing the importance of Czech petrochemical oil and gas recovery.It carries out monitoring and summarizing of the research and application of the oil and gas recovery system in Zhongjie Petrochemicals Company. Oil and gas recovery process consists of two parts which are oil and gas collection and balance system and recovery system. The collection system was completed by adopting ZUO-QM seal cover. After researching,investigating and comparing four kinds of technologies including recovery by membrane,activated carbon adsorption,condensation + adsorption and absorption which can be used as the adsorption technology of the oil and gas recovery system,the Jordan activated carbon patented technology of the US was adopted. After the oil and gas recovery process has been put into service officially,the emission concentration has reached 5 g /m3( not methane hydrocarbon) or less,which achieved the expected effect.
