摘要
旅游的内核是一种体验,体验的本质是旅游者对符号的解读,而导游员在旅游者的这种解读过程中扮演着极为重要的角色。文章着眼于导游人员,将符号的解读和建构问题纳入到旅游体验中进行研究。首先剖析了导游的体验生产能力与游客旅游体验之间的关系,并对相关的影响因素进行了提炼,在此基础上针对导游体验生产能力的提高提出了几点措施,以期在理论和实践上展示一个新的视角。
The central part of tour is experience, and the nature of experience is the tourist' s interpretation of signs; in this process the tour guide plays a critical role. Based on the interpretation and construction of signs in tour experience, this paper first explores the relaionship between the tour guide' s production experiencing ability and the tourist' s experience, then finds out the relevant factors, and finally proposes some ways for the improvement of the tour guide' s production ability in the hope of presenting new perspectives theoretically and practically.
