摘要
当今企业的竞争是人才的竞争,针对企业人才稀缺,且又人才外流的问题,文章结合大集团公司的人才运营经验,研究建立一套企业内部人才培养机制,对员工进行潜能开发和综合能力培养,让企业具备自己培养人才的能力,形成企业人才池,进而进行人才高效运营,推动企业高速发展。
At present corporate competition is a matter of talent competition. As for the lack of corporate talents and brain drain, this paper proposes a set of intra - enterprise talent cultivation mechanisms in combination with large group companies. It is argued that the poten tials of employees and their comprehensive ability cultivation are important for the formation of corporate talent pool and the efficient development of enterprises.
