试论法学硕士研究生培养质量的提高

Improvement of the Cultivation Quality of Law Master's Degree Candidates

法学硕士研究生教育教学发展取得了较大成就,但是要培养卓越法律人才,实现毕业生充分就业和创业,还需进步提高培养质量。文章认为,提高途径主要在于完善教育内容,教育方式多样化,改进学位论文制度。

Remarkable progress has been made in the education and teaching of law master＇ s degree candidates. Nevertheless, in order to cultivate excellent law talents and realize an ideal objective of employment and business set - up, the cultivation quality must be further improved. It is argued that the teaching contents should be improved, the instruction methods diversified and the graduation dissertation system reformed.
