摘要
快餐因其快捷、方便、卫生等特点受到大众的喜欢,正进入高速发展的阶段。作为中国本土产业的中式快餐在发展过程中存在着产品和经营难以标准化,品牌的塑造力不够、产品缺乏特色、服务质量低等很多的问题,要优化和改善中式快餐连锁经营,必须从产品、文化、人才、品牌等方面入手,推进核心竞争力研发。
The Chinese fast food is developing in a rapid stage for its quick speed,convenience,sanitation which are loved by people. As the domestic fast food in local industry ,Chinese fast food faces a series of problems in the development process ,such as the difficulty of standardizing the product and managing,branding the logo,characterizing the product,and the low-quality service. To optimize and improve the chain operation of Chinese fast food,we must promote the core competitiveness with the product,culture,talent and brand into consideration.
