在法治国家依法治国的过程中,法治工作者的职业素质、思想道德水准、业务工作能力的高低对于依法治国是否能够贯彻执行有重大影响。通过分析造成冤案错案的原因,认为运用法律来维护人民权利的工作者在执法能力和观念上存在欠缺,同时提出努力提高法治工作队伍的素质等相关策略。

In the construction process of ruling a country by law,the occupation quality,ideological and moral standards,the working ability of legal workers have the major impact on the law and orders implementing. By analyzing the cause of the injustices and misjudged cases,the paper holds the view that legal workers lack the ability of safeguarding people’s rights by law and correct understanding of law and orders,and it provides related improvement strategies.
