公共环境中残疾人无障碍设施建设策略研究——以延安市宝塔区为例

The Research on the Strategy for Disabled Accessible Facilities Construction in Public Environments:A Case Study in Baota of Yan'an City

近年来国家对于城市无障碍设施的关注反映了公共环境中的残疾人无障碍设施建设的必要性。对延安市宝塔区残疾人无障碍设施的配备和使用情况进行调研,分析其现状及存在的问题,可以从地方政府加强规章制度建设;政府及其部门拓宽资金筹集渠道;家庭、学校加强国民道德培养教育;社会加大关爱残疾人宣传力度四个方面提出了相应的建设策略。

In recent years,our country’s attention for free barrier facilities in cities reflects the necessity of constructing facilities for the disabled in the public environment. By exploring the equipments and use of such facilities for the disabled in Baota district of Yan’an city,this paper analyzes the present situation and the existing question,and suggests that the local government should strengthen the con？struction of rules and regulations,the government and its departments should broaden the financing channels;families,and schools should strengthen training national ethics;our society should intensify propaganda for caring the disabled.
