随着信息化技术的发展,翻转课堂模式越来越多引进高校课堂。本文以"垫球技术"课程为例,探讨了翻转课堂模式引进高职院校体育教学的可行性,以及翻转课堂模式开展的方式和方法,为优化高职院校体育教学模式提供参考。

With the development of information technology,flip the class mode is introduced into classroom teaching at colleges. With“Digging Technology”course as an example,this paper discusses the feasibility of introducing flip class mode in PE teaching at high？er vocational colleges,the teaching methods to provide the reference for the optimization of physical teaching mode.
