摘要
为了充分利用麻类资源,尝试采用不同苎麻麻蔸添加量的培养料栽培刺芹侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii),通过测定菌丝生长速率以及生物学效率,并将麻蔸与棉籽壳及其他麻类副产物(苎麻麻骨、麻叶,红麻麻骨、麻叶,青贮苎麻麻骨、麻叶)的粗蛋白、粗纤维含量及栽培效果进行了比较,评价麻蔸为主料栽培刺芹侧耳的可行性。结果表明:与棉籽壳相比,苎麻麻蔸中粗蛋白含量高而粗纤维含量低,而与青贮苎麻副产物相当;供试配比培养料中,以苎麻麻蔸含量50%和60%的培养料栽培刺芹侧耳效果较好,生物学效率达到70%左右;苎麻麻蔸栽培刺芹侧耳效果与其他麻类副产物相当,显著高于棉籽壳。苎麻麻蔸是栽培刺芹侧耳的理想替代原料。
Crude protein and crude fiber levels in ramie (Boehmeria nivea )root,ramie byproducts,kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus ) byproducts, ramie byproduct silage and cotton seed hulls were ascertained, and Pleurotus eryngii mycelial growth rates and fruit body yields on substrates containing different amounts of ramie root and other ramie-derived materials were determined.Our data showed that crude protein and fiber levels in ramie root and ramie byproduct silage were similar.However,the crude protein content of ramie root was higher and the crude fiber content was lower compared to levels recorded for cottonseed hulls. Biological efficiency values for P.eryngii reached 70% when the mushroom was grown on substrates containing 50% or 60% ramie root,indicating this material is suitable for P.eryngii cultivation.
