安徽省不同人群对免费妇幼保健服务知晓情况的调查报告

The awareness of free maternal and child care services among different target populations in Anhui province,China

目的了解不同目标人群对免费妇幼保健服务知晓情况,为设计和开展妇幼健康教育活动提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,在全省抽取3个市各1个区和1个县,对婚检对象、儿童家长、孕妇夫妇、一般居民进行面对面问卷调查。结果共调查4 858人,其中儿童家长1 211人、孕妇夫妇1 211人、婚检对象1 223人、城区居民587人、农村居民626人。调查对象对儿童健康管理,婚前医学检查,增补叶酸预防神经管畸形,孕产妇健康管理,农村孕产妇住院分娩补助项目,新生儿疾病筛查,预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播,妇女乳腺癌和宫颈癌筛查项目的总体知晓率分别为40.2%、54.9%、43.5%、45.6%、26.4%、23.3%、16.7%、29.0%(P<0.001)。同一人群对不同服务的知晓率不同,不同人群对同一服务的知晓率不同。三市各类人群的知晓率不同,城乡人群的知晓率不同。结论不同人群对免费妇幼保健服务的知晓不足,可能影响着这些服务的利用。

Objective To identify the awareness level of different target populations regarding to free maternal and child care services in Anhui province,China. Using clustered sampling method,samples of premarital care clients,child parents Methods pregnant women and general residents in 3 cities were selected. Participants were interviewed face- to- face after informed consent. Results There were 4858 participants,including child parents（ 1211）,pregnant women and their husbands（ 1211）,premarital clients（ 1223）,urban residents（ 587） and rural residents（ 626）. The awareness rate of free services of child care,premarital care,folic acid provision,prenatal care,reimbursement of hospitalized delivery,neonatal diseases screening,PMTCT of HIV / HBV / syphilis,women cancer screening were 40. 2%,54. 9%,43. 5%,45. 6%,26. 4%,23. 3%,16. 7%,29. 0%（ P〈0. 001） respectively. The awareness rates of different services among different groups were all different. The awareness rates were all different between and within urban and rural areas. The awareness rates were all different between and within 3 cities. Conclusion The awareness of free maternal and child health care services was low,which might be an important barrier to the utilization of these free services in Anhui province,China. Based on these results,health educational activities will be developed to raise the awareness level.
