安徽省婚检对象的婚检认知和参检意愿调查结果分析

Investigation of cognition and willingness of taking premarital medical examination among newly- married persons in Anhui province

目的了解婚前医学检查(简称婚检)对象对婚检必要性的认知和参加免费婚检的意愿,探讨影响参加婚检的相关因素,为改进和完善婚检的宣传与服务提供依据。方法采用自行编制的问卷,对安徽省江淮流域6个县(区)经由婚姻登记处前来婚检服务中心参加婚检的582人婚检认知及影响婚检因素进行调查。结果调查对象中认为婚检有必要的466人(80.1%),农村居民高于城市居民,地处淮河流域县(区)的高于长江流域县(区);愿意进行婚检的519人(89.3%),男方、初婚者、高收入者和大专及以上学历者的参检意愿高于女方、再婚者、中低收入者和高中/中专及以下学历者。婚检对象参检的主要原因是为了后代的健康、了解对方和婚检免费。对婚检对象决定参检影响最大的是其配偶和婚姻登记人员。结论安徽省婚检对象对婚检必要性的认知较高、参检意愿较强,仍应继续探索新形势下婚检服务的新模式,进一步提高婚检率。

Objective To understand the cognition of necessity of premarital medical examination（ PME） and willingness of attending PME among lewty- wouited peisons,to explore the related influencing factors of attending PME,to provide evidence for improving publicity and service of PME. Methods Data were collected through self- designed questionnaires among 582 respondents who went for PME at Marriage Registration Office at 6 counties in Jiang Huai River Basin in Anhui province. Results Among 582 participants,466（ 80. 1%） thought it was necessary to participate in PME. The participants who lived in rural area were more than those who lived in urban area. The proportion of the participants who lived in Huaihe River was higher than that of participants who lived in Yangtze River basin. Among 519 participants who were willing to participate in PME,the participants who were men or first- married or high income or college degree or above were more likely to participate in PME than the participants who were women or digamist or lower income or high school degree or lower. There were three main reasons to participate in PME. First,participants thought it was better for the health of their offspring. Second,they could know each other＇s health. Third,Premarital medical examination was free service. The biggest impact factors participating in PME were spouse and staff from marriage registration. Conclusion In Anhui province,there were high cognition level of premarital medical examination and good willingness to participate in free premarital medical examination（ PME） among people who needed to receive PME. But it was still necessary to explore new mode of the service on PME in the new situation,in order to improve pertinence and validity of PME service.
