摘要
本文对矮陀陀(Munronia henryi Harms)的化学成分进行了研究.同时采用溶剂法进行提取和萃取,采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,从矮陀陀中分离得到6个单体化合物.通过理化性质以及波谱分析鉴定了其结构,分别为:1,3,5-三甲氧基苯(1),3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(2),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(3),β-谷甾醇(4),东莨菪素(5),α-香树脂醇(6).化合物1~6均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
Six compounds were isolated from Munronia henryi Harms, an ethnomedicinal plant species, by using various methods of chromatography ( Silica gel cc, Sephadex LH-20, TLC and so on). The compounds were identified as 1, 3, 5-trimethoxybenzene (1), 3-methoxy-4- phydroxybenzaldehyde ( 2 ) , 3, 5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid ( 3 ) β-sitosterol scopoletin ( 5 ) , α-amyrin ( 6 ). Their structures were elucidated on the basis physicochemical and spectroscopic properties. All the compounds were isolated from Munronia for the first time.
