不同器械联合氯仿用于根管再治疗的效果分析

Clinical survey of the effectiveness of different retreatment instruments with chloroform in the root canal retreatment

目的:探讨不同器械联合氯仿用于根管再治疗的临床效果。方法:选择符合标准的拔除的下颌后磨牙48枚,共96个根管,根管预备后4周,将患牙按照去除根管填充物的方法不同分为Hero642根扩系统组、Hero642根扩系统联合氯仿组、手动K锉组和手动K锉联合氯仿组,比较4组工作总时间、去除根管内填充物去除效果。结果:4组工作总时间比较,差异有统计学意义(t=13.278,P<0.05);时间由长到短依次为手动K锉组、手动K锉联合氯仿组、Hero642根扩系统组和Hero642根扩系统联合氯仿组。4组根管填充物去除效果得分比较,差异有统计学意义(t=5.901,P<0.05);去除效果由好到差依次为Hero642根扩系统联合氯仿组、手动K锉联合氯仿组、Hero642根扩系统组和手动K锉组,且Hero642根扩系统联合氯仿组和手动K锉联合氯仿组填充物去除效果优于未使用氯仿组。4组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:使用Hero642根扩系统和手动K锉去除根管填充物均有残留,联合氯仿可以有效提高去除效果,安全性较好,且Hero642根扩系统工作效率优于手动K锉;临床治疗可根据患牙根管情况进行选择使用。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of different instruments with chloroform in the root canal retreatment. Methods： Forty- eight cases of extracted teeth （96 roots） were divided into 4 groups randomly after 4 weeks obturation： Hero 642 nickel-titanium instruments group, Hero 642 nickel-titanium instruments combined with chloroform group, Manual K file group and Manual K file combined with chloroform group. The operation time and removal efficiency of 4 groups were compared. Results： The operation time of the 4 groups were statistically significant （t = 13. 278 ,P 〈0. 05）. The operation time of 4 groups from long to short was the Manual K file group, Manual K file combined with chloroform group, Hero 642 nickel-titanium instruments group and Hero 642 nickel- titanium instruments combined with chloroform group. The scores of removal effect for the 4 groups were statistically significant（t =5.901 ,P 〈0. 05）. The removal- efficiency of 4 groups from good to bad was the Hero 642 nickeltitanium instruments combined with chloroform group, Manual K file combined with chloroform group, Hero 642 nickel-titanium instruments group and Manual K file group. Four groups were no adverse reaction. Conclusions： There are fillings residual in Hero 642 nickel-titanium instruments group and Manual K file group. Combined with chloroform treatment can improve clearance rate and is safety. The efficacy of the Hero 642 nickel- titanium instruments is better than that of Manual K file. We should ascertain the way of treatment in light of different situations for patients.
