军队院校担负着为国防现代化建设培养和输送全面合格人才的使命，只有真正理解教学的育人功能和教学中正确处理好四种关系，才能真正达到预期目的。
One essential mission of Military academies is to train and supply qualified talents. In order to achieve this mission, we should fully understand the important role of teaching function and well deal with ＂four kinds of relationship in teaching＂ in education.
