摘要
铝锂合金是制造航天运载器贮箱的理想材料,其连接技术也是航天领域所关注的问题。本文综述了典型新一代铝锂合金材料2195及1460铝锂合金的主要焊接方法及其发展现状。与传统钨极氩弧焊、真空电子束焊、变极性等离子弧焊等熔化焊方法相比,新型固相连接技术搅拌摩擦焊由于能够获得更为优质的接头性能,有望在铝锂合金贮箱结构的连接上获得广泛应用。
Al-Li alloy is the ideal material for manufacturing aerospace vehicle tank. The welding technology for Al-Li alloy is the concerned topic in aerospace industry. In the present paper, the main welding methods for the typical new generation Al-Li alloy, 2195 and 1460, as well as their development progress are overviewed. Compared with the conventional fusion welding methods like tungsten inert gas welding, electron beam welding, variable polarity plasma welding, friction stir welding as a new solid state joining technology could provided more superior joint performance, which shows the potential for wide use for welding of Al-Li alloy tanks.
