铝合金变极性TIG焊工艺参数对焊缝成形的影响

摘要 研究了5A06铝合金变极性TIG焊接参数对焊缝成形的影响,研究表明:DCEP半波电流值增大和DCEN半波所占比例的减小一方面会使得清理作用的宽度增大,同时也使得熔宽和熔深都有所增加;阴极清理作用一定的情况下,DCEN半波电流值越大,熔宽和熔深越大;随着频率的增加,熔宽更小,熔深更大。阴极清理作用也与频率有关系,频率越大,阴极清理作用越差。 This paper studied the 5A06 aluminum alloy welding parameters on the weld of variable polarity TIG. Research shows that DCEP half wave current value is increased and the DCEN half wavelength of the proportion of the reduced hand will increase the width of the cleaning effect, but also makes the weld width and penetration increased. The cathode cleaning action under certain conditions, the greater DCEN half wave current value is, the greater is the weld width and penetration. The cathode cleaning action under certain conditions, the DCEN half wave current value is greater, the greater the weld width and penetration. With the increase of frequency, the smaller is weld width the greater is the worse effect of the weld penetration. Cathode cleaning action also has a relationship with the frequency, the greater the frequency, cathode cleaning effect worse.
