摘要
目的:通过致倦库蚊羽化成蚊雌雄蚊的血淋巴氨基酸的动态研究,探讨蚊氨基酸代谢的一般过程。方法:应用高效液相色谱仪对致倦库蚊不同日龄成蚊的血淋巴游离氨基酸进行检测。结果:1羽化雌雄成蚊,均检出17种游离氨基酸.其中蛋氨酸、赖氨酸的含量在两性间具显著性差异。2吸血后5、12、18天雌蚊分别检出17、20、19种游离氨基酸,不同发育日龄含量较高的氨基酸前5位分别是:第5天:异亮氨酸、天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、苯丙氨酸、牛磺酸;第12天:谷氨酸、天门冬氨酸、牛磺酸、蛋氨酸、丝氨酸;第18天:天门冬氨酸、丝氨酸、鸟氨酸、赖氨酸、丙氨酸。3氨基酸总量以第12天最高。结论:致倦库蚊成蚊的不同发育阶段蚊体内的一些游离氨基酸在种类和量上有明显的差异,部分氨基酸含量与蚊的性别有密切的关系。
Aim To investigate the process of protein metabolism of adult mosquitoesCule.r pipiens quinqefasciatus. Methods Free amino acids in hemolymph of the emerged mosquitoes (male and female) and the different days female mosquitoes after blood meal were detected respectively by High Performance Liquid Chromatograhy. Result 17 kinds of amino acids in the emerged male and female mosquitoes were examined respectively. There was remarkable difference in MET and LYS. The day 5th, 12th and 18th after blood meal, 17, 20, 19 kinds of amino acids were detected respectively from the female mosquitoes. The contets of five kinds of amino acids ILE, ASP, GLU, PHE and TAU was higher than others on the day 5th; similarly, GLU, ASP, TAU, MET and SER on the day 12th, ASP, SER, ORN, LYS and ALA on the day 18th. The total content of amino acids got the maximum level on the day 5th. Conclusion The contents and some kinds of amino acids had remarkable changes in the different developing sagees of adult mosquitoes. The contents of some amino acids were related to the sexuality of adult Culex pipiens quinqefasciatus.
