浅埋煤层综采工作面采空区自燃危险区域判定技术 被引量:6

Determination Technology of Spontaneous Combustion Danger Region in Goaf of Fully Mechanized Mining Face in Shallow Coal Seam

摘要 为了解决浅埋煤层大采高综采面漏风严重,采空区自燃危险区域范围难以判定的问题。以柠条塔煤矿N1201综采面为例,采用采动裂隙相似模拟实验、SF6气体漏风通道检测技术、采空区两道预埋束管监测技术以及Fluent数值模拟等多种监测和应用手段,综合分析浅埋煤层大采高综采面采空区自燃危险区域。研究结果认为综采面因漏风严重,采空区距离工作面5~500m以深的采空区均属于自燃危险区域范围,尤其是2个顺槽的自燃危险性更大;同时也证明了采用多种监测技术相结合的方法判定浅埋煤层综采面采空区自燃危险区域范围的正确性。 In order to solve the problem of difficult determination of spontaneous combustion zone due to serious air leakage in fully mechanized mining face for large mining height of shallow coal seam,N1201 fully mechanized mining face in Ningtiaota Coal Mine was taken the example. The spontaneous combustion danger region in fully mechanized mining face for large mining height of shallow coal seam was comprehensively analyzed by using the similar simulation experiment of mining fissure,the detection technique of SF6 gas leakage channel,beam tube monitoring technology on the both sides of the goaf and Fluent numerical simulation. The results showed that because of serious air leakage,the goaf belonged to the spontaneous combustion danger region,and its distance far from the working face was from 5 to 500 meters,especially two crossheadings had the greater spontaneous combustion risk. Meanwhile,the validity of determining spontaneous combustion danger region in the goaf of fully mechanized mining face in shallow coal seam was proved by adopting the combination of a variety of monitoring technologies.
