摘要
潘北煤矿12124工作面为大倾角厚煤层开采且地质条件复杂,在工作面切眼附近存在断层威胁安全生产,为避开断层影响设计了刀把式工作面,在工作面推进一定距离不受断层影响后,采用工作面对接技术使工作面能够连续安全生产以提高生产效率。在进行工作面对接的过程中,合理确定了对接前后工作面的设备选型及液压支架与运输机的准确定位方法,总结出一系列合理适用的工作面对接技术措施。
Panbei Coal Mine 12124 working face is fully mechanized face with large tilt angle thick coal seam in complicated conditions,and its safety production is threatened by the fault near the cutting hole. Knife- handle style face was designed to avoid the effect of the fault,and docking technology was used to carry on continuous safety production and improve production efficiency when the face was without fault impact after advancing some distance. In the process of jointing face,the equipment selection of the face were determined before and after jointing,and hydraulic support and transport were accurately positioned,a series of reasonable technical measures of jointing face were summarized.
