Fire Prevention and Control Technology of High- stress Super Long Working Face During the Finish Period

摘要 对于高地应力易自燃煤层,受地应力的影响使工作面上下顺槽维护比较困难,造成停采收作期间比较长,增加了采空区遗煤自然发火的危险程度。为了防止口孜东矿111303工作面遗煤自燃,在自然发火预测预报的基础上,采用超前预埋防火管路,利用灌浆、注氮、注液态CO2、喷注瑞米材料充填等综合防灭火技术,同时对工作面高温氧化区域打钻定点注浆、导孔注凝胶等技术,实践证明该技术有效的保障了千米深井高地压超长工作面安全收作,为类似工作面收作期间的防灭火工作提供了参考依据。 For the coal seam of high stress and spontaneous combustion,due to the difficult maintenance of crossheading up and down the working face caused by high stress,the stop and finish time was long,and the possibility of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf increased. In order to prevent the spontaneous combustion of residual coal in 111303 working face of Kouzidong Coal Mine,based on the forecast of spontaneous combustion,advancing pre- embedded fire protection pipelines were used,combined with comprehensive fire prevention and control technologies,such as grouting,nitrogen injection,liquid CO2 injection,Remy material injection and so on. Meanwhile,the drilling grouting and gel injection were applied in the high temperature oxidation region of working face.The practice proved that technology effectively ensured the safety mining of high- stress super long working face in the 1 000 m deep mine,which provided a reference for the fire prevention and control work during the finish period in such working face.
