神华准能公司本安体系建设中危险源辨识工作的实践

Practice on Hazard Identification in Intrinsic Safety System Construction of Shenhua Zhunneng Company

危险源辨识是安全管理工作的基础,也是本安体系落地的根本。神华准能公司从强化职工参与、加大专项培训力度、优化危险源辨识方法等方面对危险源辨识工作进行了探索,并取得了积极的成效。针对现阶段危险源辨识工作中存在的不足,从危险源辨识方法的选择、安全检查表数据库的建立等方面提出了解决建议,为国内同类企业开展本安体系建设和危险源辨识工作提供参考。

Hazard identification is the basis of safety management system,also as a guarantee for implementing intrinsic safety system.A lot of exploration works have been carried on hazard identification in intrinsic safety system construction of Shenhua Zhunneng Corporation,and achieved positive results,including of strengthening the staff participation,increasing the special training,optimizing hazard identification methods and other aspects. This paper briefly proposes the solutions to solve the existing problems of hazard identification in current,such as selecting the right hazard identification method,building safety check list database and so on,to provide reference for similar enterprises to carry out safety system construction and hazard identification.
