共生共谐:民族文化认同教育形式的互补关系

摘要 教育是促进民族文化认同发展的重要力量,学校教育和校外"文化心理场"都有着强化学生及社会成员文化认同的教育意义,二者只有形成"共生共谐"的互补关系方能推动民族文化认同的辩证统一。学校教育与校外"文化心理场"共生共谐的内涵在于各自内部要有自觉传承民族文化的意识和行动,且在内容结构上形成整合互促之态,并借助政府、学校、社区力量的协调配合而采取多元灵活形式来展现。现实中要使这一理想得以实现,须确立"以人为本"的学校教育发展导向;增强"文化心理场"对学校教育的基础意义;营建利于"文化心理场"生长的学校和社区联动环境。
