Modal Analysis of Shaft System of Air Separation Compressor

建立了某大型空分压缩机多机组轴系的有限元模型。对轴系进行了模态分析,求解了轴系的前20阶固有频率和临界转速,得到轴系前6阶振型图,确定了轴系结构振动形态及薄弱部位。为轴系故障诊断和优化设计提供了理论依据。

The finite element model of air separation multi-unit shaft system is established. The au- thor makes a modal analysis for the shaft system and gets the first 20 natural frequencies and critical speeds. The first six bands formation diagrams are obtained and the shaft vibration modes and the weak parts of the structure are confirmed. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the trouble- shooting and optimized design of shaft systems.
