The Investigation on the Cause of Medication Errors and Countermeasures

目的加强医院药房管理,减少用药错误,促进合理用药。方法从发生用药错误情况分析其产生的原因,提出加强医院药房管理减少用药错误的措施。结论健全管理制度,建立一个行之有效的安全用药系统,可减少用药错误的发生,促进患者安全用药。

Objective To strengthen the hospital pharmacy management, reduce medication errors and promote the rational drug use. Method Based on the analysis of medication errors and its causes, measures was proposed to strengthen the hospital pharmacy management and reduce the medication errors. Conclusions Improving management system and establishing an effective medication safety system can reduce the incidence of medication errors and improve patient medication safety.
