新时期民办高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育模式研究——以南昌工学院民族三分院全员育人教育为例

摘要 南昌工学院是全国少数民族预科教育基地。10年来,该校先后面向新疆、西藏等民族地区招收并培养了维吾尔族、藏族等50余个少数民族的本专科预科、本专科、中职等各层次学生3000余人。随着该校预科教育规模的日益扩大,少数民族学生的思想政治教育也面临着许多新问题。本文针对少数民族学生的思想特点,努力探索新的思想政治教育模式,树立学生无废品的思想,注重"成人"教育,培养学生的成人意识;围绕"成才"教育,培养学生优秀的精神品质;开展"成功"教育,促进全体学生的全面发展。 Nanchang Institute of Science & Technology is a na- tional basis for minority preparatory education. During the past decade, this institute has recruited over 3 thousand students of more than 50 minority nationalities, including Uigur and Tibetan, from nationality areas including Xinjiang and Tibet, and cultivat- ed them at different levels, such as preparatory undergraduate, preparatory professional training, undergraduate, professional training, and secondary vocational education. With the increasing expansion of preparatory education in this institute, the ideologi- cal and political education for students of minority nationalities is also faced with many new problems. In accordance with the ideo- logical characteristics of students of minority nationalities, we strive to explore new modes of ideological and political education, establish the idea that all students are useful, pay attention to "adult" education, and cultivate their awareness of being adults; revolving around "talent" education, we cultivate students' excel- lent mental quality; we also implement "success" education, in order to promote the overall development of all students.
