探析高职辅导员思想政治工作中人文关怀的方式与途径

Analysis on Styles and Ways of Humanistic Care in Higher Vocational Counselors' Ideological and Political Work

人文关怀是党在十七大报告中提出的一种思想和理念,它深化了对人主体地位的认识,使党员在工作和生活中要体现对人的关怀,积极引导人们正确看待自己,正确对待他人和社会。人文关怀的提出不仅表现了党工作方式的转变,而且是对以人为本基本原则的具体阐释,符合我国科学发展观。后来,人文关怀逐渐被引入到学校的思想政治工作中,打破了传统思想政治工作的模式,对于提高思想政治工作效果具有重要作用。本文从人文关怀的基本内涵出发,介绍了人文关怀在高职辅导员思想政治中的重要作用,并在此基础上重点对高职辅导员思想政治工作中人文关怀的方式与途径进行了分析,希望对我国高职思想政治工作的开展能够提供一些建议和意见。

Humanistic care, an ideology and concept proposed in the report of the 17th Party Congress, deepens the understanding of people＇s subjectivity, and makes Party members pay attention to humanistic care in work and life, actively guide people to cor- rectly view themselves and properly view others and the society. The proposition of humanistic care not only reflects the change of the Party＇s work styles, but also interprets the basic principle of people-orientation, so it conforms to China＇s scientific outlook on J development. Afterwards, humanistic care was gradually intro- duced to college ideological and political work and broke the tra- ditional mode of ideological and political work, playing an impor- tant role in improving the effect of ideological and political work. Starting from the basic connotation of humanistic care, this paper introduces the importance of humanistic care in higher vocational counselors＇ ideological and political work, and on this basis, fo- cuses on the styles and ways of humanistic care in the process, hoping to provide some suggestions for the implementation of higher vocational ideological and political work in China.
