以社会需求为导向的法律文秘(速录)专业人才培养方案研究

Research on the Talent Cultivation Scheme for Secretary(Speed Recording) Specialty Oriented by Social Demands

人才培养方案是确定高职教育人才培养目标和保证教育质量的指导性文件,随着社会对法律文秘(速录)专业人才需求的不断变化,该专业的人才培养方案也需进行调整和完善。本文在充分调研的基础上,提出了完善当前人才培养方案中的建议,并创新培养目标、课程设置、实践教学等环节,实现培养技术技能型人才的目标。

Talent cultivation scheme is the guidance document to determine the talent cultivation objectives of higher vocational e- ducation and ensure the quality of education. Along with the changing social demand for talents of legal secretary （speed recording） specialty, the talent cultivation scheme for the special- ty also needs to be adjusted and improved. On the basis of a full investigation, this paper proposes recommendations to improve the current talent cultivation scheme, and innovates cultivation objectives, curriculum arrangement and practice teaching, in or-der to achieve the target of cultivating skilled and technical tal- ents.
