慕课背景下财务管理课程教学改革研究

Research on the Teaching Reform of Financial Management under MOOC

近几年慕课发展迅猛,大有席卷国内高校之势。慕课的出现,促使财务管理课程教学进行改革创新。本文在对慕课进行简要介绍的基础上,分析了当前财务管理课程教学现状,总结现有教学中存在的问题,最后从教学资源组织、注重实践教学、注重学生综合能力的培养及建立科学的学生学习效果评价体系三个方面对面向慕课的财务管理课程教学内容组织和安排进行了分析。

In recent years, the rapid development of MOOC has swept domestic colleges and universities. The emergence of MOOC promotes financial management teaching reform and in- novation. Based on the brief introduction of MOOC, the present situation of financial management teaching is analyzed, then fi- nancial management teaching organization and arrangement are analyzed including the organization of teaching resources, focus- ing on practical teaching, cultivating students＇ comprehensive capacities and establishing a scientific evaluation system of stu- dents＇ learning effect.
