摘要
外语学习易受到情感因素的影响。其中,焦虑是最突出的一个情感因素,也是一直困扰外语学习者的主要障碍。本文主要通过分析外语学习焦虑存在状况提出可行的缓解对策,从而提高学生学习效果,对教师教学起到启示作用。
Foreign language learning is vulnerable to emotional influence. Anxiety, as the most prominent emotional factor, is al- ways the main obstacle hindering foreign language learning. Through analyzing the current situation of anxiety in foreign lan- guage learning, this paper proposes feasible strategies to alleviate it, aiming to improve students' learning effect and provide inspi- rations for teachers' teaching.
