文化自觉下的高校廉政文化建设路径探析

Analysis on Ways of Anti-corruption Culture Construction in Universities under Cultural Self-awareness

廉政文化建设作为高校文化建设发展的特殊成分,对高校思想政治教育、教学科研的运行、锻造清正师资队伍和促进高校内控体系的完备都有着重要的现实意义。当前,我国高校的廉政文化建设还存在很多薄弱环节。因此,要继续推进高校廉政文化建设,将廉洁意识渗透到师生的思想中,通过各种路径选择,充分发挥高校师生高度的自主意识,进而实现文化自觉,创造高校崇尚廉洁的治学和运作环境。

Anti-corruption culture construction, as a special part of university cuhural construction and development, is of great realistic significance to university ideological and political edu- cation, the operation of teaching and research, the establishment of an honest and impartial teaching team, and the perfection of u- niversity internal control system. Currently, there are still many weak links in anti-corruption culture construction of China＇s u- niversities. Therefore, we should continue promoting university anti-corruption culture construction, infiltrating anti-corruption awareness into teachers and students＇ thoughts, and giving full play to teachers and students＇ independent consciousness by various ways, thus realizing cultural self-awareness and the envi- ronment in which honest education and operation is upheld.
