从《中国妇女发展纲要》四项基本原则看高校女工工作

On the Construction of Female Staff in Universities under the Four Fundamental Principles of “Outline for the Development of Women in China”

《中国妇女发展纲要(2011—2020年)》确立了全面发展、平等发展、协调发展、妇女参与四项基本原则,对于高校女工工作具有重大的指导意义。高校女工工作应紧紧围绕四项原则,从满足女教职工基本需求、促进男女平等、促进女教职工协调发展、提高女教职工参政议政的认识和能力等方面出发,更好地为女教职工服务,保障其合法权益和特殊利益。

＂Outline for the Development of Women in China （2011~2020）＂has established four fundamental principles which are all-round development, equal development, coordinated de- velopment and women＇s participation. It has important implica- tions for the female staff in university. In order to give a better service to female staff and ensure their legal rights and special interests, the construction of female staff in universities should bring a closer alignment to the four fundamental principles, meeting the basic requirements of female staff, promoting gender equality, promoting the coordinated development of female staff, and improving the knowledge and ability of female staff in poli- cy-making.
