河南省农村私立幼儿园发展状况调查

On the Development of Rural Private Kindergartens in He'nan Province

研究运用问卷调查法和文献分析法等方法,发现河南省农村私立幼儿园在发展中主要存在师资力量薄弱、经费支持不足、幼儿园数量少、环境设施简陋、教学质量差等问题。针对以上问题,提出了一些建议和对策:首先,加强政府管理监督,加大政府投资力度;其次,增强农村学前教育师资队伍建设;再次,遵循幼儿身心发展规律,科学安排教育内容。

This research used questionnaire and literature analy- sis method to investigate the topic. The problems in the develop- ment of rural private kindergartens in He＇nan province were mainly in these aspects： first, lack of qualified teachers; second, lack of funding, and teaching equipment can not keep up; third, the preschool education was not perfect and completed. In view of the above problems, some suggestions and countermeasures were proposed：first, to strengthen the supervision and management of the government, and increase the government＇s investment in ru- ral private kindergartens; second, to strengthen the construction of teachers＇ team in rural areas; third, to arrange the teaching content scientifically by following the law of physical and mental development of children.
