摘要
采用情景模拟实验,选取高校学生作为被试,对学生培养工作中激励措施的效果进行研究。两项实验假设分别聚焦于奖励概率的不同呈现方案的激励效果和损失/收益情景的激励效果。研究结果表明育人环境中的激励措施对学生心理的影响符合前景理论的观点。初步推断前景理论在高校学生工作中具有良好的适用性。
Using situations to simulate experiments and selecting university students as the subject, the effect of stimulation mea- sures in student cultivation was studied. Two experiment hy- potheses were focused respectively on the stimulation effect of different programs of reward probability, and the stimulation ef- fect of loss/gain situations. The research result shows that the psychological influence of stimulation measures in education en- vironment on students accords with the view of prospect theory, so it is preliminarily judged that prospect theory can well adapt to university student work.
