摘要
合成了一种含磷环氧树脂,研究反应条件对反应的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。以合成的含磷环氧树脂为主体树脂,制备了一种反应型阻燃胶黏剂,测试了其力学性能和阻燃性能,结果表明:此胶黏剂阻燃性能良好,磷含量为1.8%时,极限氧指数可到26,胶膜有良好的剥离和剪切强度。
A kind of phosphorus-containing epoxy resin was synthesized. Effects of reaction condition on the reactions were studied and the optimum reaction conditions were determined. By using the phosphorus-containing epoxy resin, a flame retardant epoxy adhesive was obtained. The cured resultant yielded excellent flame retadancy. The Limited Oxygen Index (LOI) was 26 when the phosphorus content was 1.8%. The film has good peel strength and shear strength.
