摘要
聚酰亚胺微球是一类具有耐高温、耐溶剂性以及较低的介电性能的高比表面积的高分子材料,具有广阔的应用前景。通过探讨几类聚酰亚胺实心微球、中空微球、多孔微球以及复合微球的研究,发现这些方法仍然存在各种不同的缺点和问题。
Polyimide microspheres were considered as a class of polymer materials with high temperature resistance, solvent resistance and low dielectric properties and high specific surface area. In this article, the research progress of various polyimide microspheres including solid microspheres, hollow microspheres, porous microspheres and composite microspheres were reviewed.
