提取白芍内的成分过程较为复杂,其中如何提取白芍并如何纯化是关键步骤。经过树脂的预处理、洗脱剂的浓度选择、洗脱溶剂的用量分析后,可以得出,洗脱液在30%用量3VB时,洗脱效果最好,得到的物质较纯净,是白芍提取纯化的最佳工艺,并能有效去除提取物中的杂质。
Peony root extract composition process is relatively complex, how to extract the peony root is a key step purification.
