摘要
水轮机调速器是控制水轮机运行状态、确保电力安全生产的重要水轮机组辅助部分。水轮机调速器抽动,会严重影响水轮机调速器的功能,失去对水轮机运行速度的调节,给水轮机调速器带来性能和状态的威胁,使水轮机调速器失去对水轮机机组的调整与控制作用。可以采取压紧水轮机调速器主阀行程、做好水轮机调速器的滤波处理、调整水轮机调速器伺服阀比例、优化水轮机调速器参数、优化水轮机调速器开机曲线等消除和防止水轮机调速器抽动的方法和措施,在提高水轮机调速器自动化运行可靠性的前提下,保障水轮机调速器运行在安定、可控的范围,进而达到对水轮机组安全生产的需要。
