摘要
较适合稀土发光材料的制备方法是化学沉淀法。稀土发光材料的测量分析方法是根据发射光谱,绘制稀土离子的浓度猝灭曲线,并确定其最佳掺杂浓度,通过发射光谱计算样品的部分跃迁强度参数和稀土离子在相应能级的量子效率,以得到LED红色荧光粉材料。目前稀土发光材料在发光二极管(LED)方面也广泛应用。
The method is more suitable for the preparation of rare earth luminescent materials is chemical precipitation. Measurement and analysis method is based on rare earth luminescent materials emission spectra of rare earth ions concentration quenching draw curves and to determine the optimal doping concentration, the emission spectrum of the sample is calculated by partial transition strength parameters and quantum efficiency of rare earth ions in the energy level to get a red LED phosphor material. Currently rare earth luminescent materials in light-emitting diode (LED) are also widely used.
