摘要
细胞免疫比体液免疫在抗肿瘤效应中发挥着更重要的作用,在抗肿瘤效应中起主导作用。细胞免疫机制中起主要作用的效应细胞有CTL、NK细胞和巨噬细胞;另外,中性细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞也参与部分抗肿瘤作用。本文综述了CIK细胞和DC的一些基础研究现状及近年的临床应用情况。
