肺结核合并肺癌的CT影像学特征对诊断的价值

CT Imaging of Pulmonary Tuberculosis with Lung Cancer Study Characteristics of Daignosis Value

目的探讨当肺结核合并肺癌时采用CT扫描所得影像学特征对诊断疾病的价值,提高医务人员对疾病的诊断率,为肺结核合并肺癌的诊断提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析我院2010年12月至2014年4月,临床确诊的35例肺结核合并肺癌患者作为研究对象,同时选取了35例肺结核患者作为参照,比较两组患者的CT影像学特征。结果肺结核合并肺癌影像学表现主要为毛刺征、分叶征、胸膜凹陷征、棘状突起以及空洞;毛刺检出率为60.5%,分叶征检出率62.3%,胸膜凹陷检出率为75.5%,棘状突起检出率87.2%,空洞检出率为92.5%,均显著高于对照组。结论 CT扫描能够较为准确的显示肺结核合并肺癌的影像学特征,为肺结核合并肺癌的正确诊断提供可靠的参考信息。

Objective To investigate when pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancerby CT scan when the value of imaging features in the diagnosis of diseases,to provide the basis for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer.MethodsAnalysis of our hospital from 2010 December to 2014 April,35 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer patients diagnosed as the research object,and selected 35 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients as a reference the characteristics of CT image of the two groups were compared to learn.Results The imaging features of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer mainlylobulation,spiculation, pleural indentation sign,spinous protuberance and cavity; burr detection rate was 60.5%, lobulation detection rate of 62.3%,pleural indentation,the detection rate was 75.5%,spines the detection rate of 87.2%,empty the detection rate was 92.5%,significantly higher than that of control group.Conclusion CT scan can accurately display the pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer： imaging features,and provide reliable reference information for the correct diagnosis pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer.
