摘要
目的研究如何加强医疗卫生机构聘用制党员的人力资源管理工作。方法通过调研广州市医疗卫生机构聘用制党员管理工作的普遍情况。结果总结医疗机构聘用制党员管理的问题根源。结论尽快出台相关的政策,为聘用制党员的人力资源提供理论依据。
Objective This article is to discuse how to implove the human resource management of Chinese Communist Party Member who is contractual employed in Guangzhou medical and health industry. Methods To investigate the general working situation of Chinese Communist Party Member who is contractual employed.Resaults Summarize the root of the problems of the management of the Party Members employed.Conclusion Introduced the relevant policies as soon as possible to provide theoretical basis of the human resource management of the Party Members employed.
