摘要
目的：分析临床检验中丁胺卡那霉素的抗凝功能的应用效果。方法收集我院2013年5月～2014年5月期间诊治的60名体检者研究对象，所有成员均采集清晨空腹静脉血和新鲜全血，应用丁胺卡那霉素抗凝的设为观察组，应用柠檬酸钠抗凝的设为对照组，观察两组检测结果。结果研究结果显示，观察组的PT、APTT、TT水平明显高于对照组（P〈0.05），Fib 浓度比较无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论临床检验中可应用丁胺卡那霉素作为抗凝剂。
Objective To analysis the clinical test of anticoagulant function of amikacin in application effect.Methods To colect from may,2013~2014, may make a diagnosis and give treatment during the period of 60 check-up is the object of study,al members are colected in the morning fasting venous blood and fresh whole blood, the application of amikacin anticoagulation as observation group,the application of sodium citrate anticoagulation is set to the control group, observe two groups of test results.Results The results showed that PT,APTT, TT level of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）,Fib density is no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Clinical inspection can be applied in amikacin as anticoagulants.
