急性阑尾炎手术中腰硬联合麻醉与单独硬脊膜外腔麻醉两种麻醉方式的对比分析

Acute Appendicitis Surgery the Waist Hard Joint Anesthesia and Epidural Anesthesia Alone Contrastive Analysis of the Two Kinds of Anesthesia

目的对比分析急性阑尾炎手术中腰硬联合麻醉与单独硬脊膜外腔麻醉两种麻醉方式。方法选择我院2012年1月至2014年7月收治的急性阑尾炎患者150例,将其随机分成实验组和对照组各75例。结果两组患者的生命体征情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者全部阻滞完善,手术要求得到有效满足,但术中对照组患者的牵拉反应程度(I-II级)显著高于实验组患者牵拉反应程度(I-II级),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者8例辅助用药,对照21例,两组患者均没有出现呼吸抑制。实验组患者的术后排气时间和出院时间显著短于对照组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急性阑尾炎手术中,采用腰硬联合麻醉能让阻滞平面得到有效提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analysis the waist hard joint anesthesia with acute appendicitis surgery alone two anesthesia epidural anesthesia.Methods Our hospital between January 2012 and July 2012 treated 150 cases of patients with acute appendicitis, wil be randomly divided into experimental group and the control group （n=75）. ResultsTwo groups of patients vital signs of comparative diferences had no statistical significance （P〈0.05）; Two groups of patients al block, to efectively meet the operation requirements, but in the control group patients pul reaction degree （grade I-II） is significantly higher than the experimental group patients pul （grade I-II） reaction degree and the diference comparing the two groups was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）; 8 patients with experimental adjuvant, 21 cases, two groups of patients were no respiratory depression. Group of patients with postoperative exhaust time and discharge time was significantly shorter than the control group patients, are similar between the two groups have statistical significance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionIn acute appendicitis operation, adopting the waist hard joint anesthesia to blockade to efectively improve plane, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
