经阴道与腹部超声诊断宫颈囊肿价值对比

Transvaginal Ultrasound Diagnosis of Cervical and Abdominal Cyst Value Comparison

目的：探究并对比分析应用阴道与腹部超声诊断宫颈囊肿的临床价值。方法随机抽取我院自2012年3月-2013年3月前来体检的532例已婚妇女，随机分为两组，试验组：阴道超声检查（TVS）；对照组：腹部超声检查（TAS），对比分析两组的诊断结果。结果对比两组的诊断结果，试验组的诊断率高达62.8%（167/266），明显高于经TAS检测的诊断率（38.7%，103/266），差异显著有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；对比两种检查方法对宫颈囊肿的发生部位的检测，运用TVS检查的167例宫颈囊肿患者中其患病部位均可准确检查出，而经TAS检测的103例宫颈囊肿患者中有19患部例无法确定。对比二组的诊断率，差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论采用阴道超声诊断宫颈囊肿的临床诊断价值较高，漏诊率较低，应广泛推广。

Objective To explore and vaginal and abdominal ultrasound clinical diagnosis of cervical cyst comparative analysis applications.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from March 2012-March 2013 examination of 532 cases came to married women were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group： transvaginal sonography（TVS）; control group： abdominal ultrasound（TAS） Comparative analysis of two sets of diagnostic results.Results Diagnostic results compared two groups, the diagnosis rate of up to 62.8% of the test group（167/266）, significantly higher than the diagnosis rate detected by the TAS（38.7%, 103/266）, significant difference was statisticaly significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Conclusion The high diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound diagnosis of cervical cysts, low rate of misdiagnosis, should be widely promoted.
