数字减影脑血管造影的护理及并发症的预防

Digital Subtraction Angiography of Cerebral Angiogram Nursing and Prevention of Complications

目的通过对脑血管造影患者进行护理干预,防止并发症的发生。方法对15例脑血管患者在造影前、造影后进行护理干预。针对患者常见的尿潴留、焦虑、压疮、皮下血肿等并发症上,提出相应的护理措施,减少了脑血管造影患者的并发症的发生。从而最大限度地提高了数字减影脑血管造影患者的生活质量。结果 15例脑血管造影患者中,无一例并发症的发生。结论有效的护理干预是数字减影脑血管造影术后病人康复的有效保障。

Objective Through the nursing intervention in patients with cerebral angiogram, prevent the happening of the complications.Methods 15 cases of in patients with cerebral angiography before and after nursing intervention. For common in patients with urinary retention, complications such as anxiety, pressure sores,subcutaneous hematoma,put forward the corresponding nursing measures, reduce the cerebral angiography in patients with complications. So as to maximize the quality of life of cerebral angiography in patients with digital subtraction angiography （dsa）.Results 15 patients with cerebral angiogram,and no complications.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention is rehabilitation of patients after cerebral angiography digital subtraction angiography effective guarantee.
