摘要
目的分析讨论提高情绪管理能力对改善护士焦虑情绪的影响。方法选择我院护士50名,对其进行为期两周的情绪管理训练,在训练前后采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表进行评分,对护士训练前后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分变化情况进行对比分析。结果护理在经过一段时间的情绪管理训练后,汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分显著低于情绪管理训练前,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对护士进行情绪管理训练提高情绪管理能力,能有效减轻护士的焦虑情绪。
Objective To analysis improve emotion management ability to improve the nurse's anxiety.Methods Select nurse 50,for two weeks of emotional management training, with Hamilton anxiety scale scores before and after the training, Hamilton anxiety scale scores of nurses before and after the training changes were analyzed.Results Nursing after a period of emotional management training,Hamilton anxiety scale score was significantly lower than before the emotion management,which compare the difference was statisticaly significant (P〈0.05) .Conclusion The nurses emotions management training to improve the management ability ,can effectively reduce the nurse of anxiety .
