高龄初产妇围生期护理干预的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Nursing Intervention of Elderly Primipara Perinatal

目的探讨高龄初产妇护理干预措施及临床效果。方法将参加定期产前检查及培训并预约在我院分娩的高龄初产妇120例作为干预组;同期在我院产前检查培训的高龄初产妇120例对照组予常规基础及产科专科护理;干预组在对照组的基础上进行健康宣教、心理护理、并发症的干预护理、分娩期护理、产后护理。结果与对照组相比干预组合并症与产科并发症(妊高征、胎膜早破、早产、产后出血)少、剖宫产率低、产程短,产后抑郁发生少;新生儿体质量重、Apgar评分高;患者及家属满意度高。结论对高龄初产妇围生期护理干预可改善妊娠结局,有利于整体护理质量的提高。

Objective To investigate the elderly primipara nursing intervention measures and clinical effect.Methods Will take part in regular antenatal examination and training and make an appointment at the hospital delivery of primipara 120 cases as intervention group; Over the same period in our hospital antenatal examination training elderly primipara 120 cases of control group in regular basis and maternity nurse; Intervention group in the control group on the basis of health education, psychological nursing and complications of intervention of nursing, nursing care during delivery and postnatal care.Results Compared with control group intervention group complications and obstetric complications （perfect）, premature rupture of fetal membrane, premature delivery, postpartum hemorrhage）, lower cesarean section rate, less labor is short, less postpartum depression occurs;The newborn body weight, and Apgar score high quality; The patient and family satisfaction is high.Conclusion The elderly primipara nursing intervention can improve the pregnancy outcome in the perinatal period, beneficial to the improvement of the overal quality of care.
