类风湿性关节炎患者的护理体会

Ursing of Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的对于类风湿性关节炎患者进行护理的体会。方法对于我院患有类风湿性关节炎的120例患者进行随机分组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组60例患者,对照组60患者进行常规的护理,对于观察组的60例患者在支持性的治疗的基础上进行综合性的护理干预。比较两组患者对于护理情况的满意度。结果通过对比后发现,观察组患者的患者满意度(93.3%)明显高于对照组的70.0%的患者满意度,差异较为的明显(P<0.05),具有一定的统计学意义。结论对于患有类风湿性关节炎的患者进行综合性的护理干预有助于患者的疾病的恢复,同时对于患者的心理负担有减压的效果,提高了患者的身体健康的质量,建议在临床中广泛的应用。

Objective Rheumatoid arthritis patients experience care.MethodsFor our hospital 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group,60 patients in each group,the control group of 60 patients for routine care,for 60 patients in the observation group undertake a comprehensive basis for supportive nursing intervention on treatment. Two groups were compared for nursing situations satisfaction. Results After the discovery by comparing the results of patient satisfaction （93.3%） of patients in the observation group was significantly higher in 70.0% of patient satisfaction,the difference is more obvious （P 〈0.05）,with a certain degree of statistical significance.Conclusion For patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis to undertake a comprehensive nursing intervention can help restore the patient＇s disease,but the psychological burden of patients have reduced the effect of improving the quality of the patient＇s health,it is recommended in the clinical in the wide range of applications.
