目的探讨手术室护理工作中术前访视的重要性。方法巡回护士在手术前一日下午到病房查阅需要手术病人的病历,对手术患者进行术前指导,讲解手术相关知识,提供正确的心理疏导,减轻患者的恐惧感。结果通过术前访视,手术室护士对手术患者的基本情况和心理状况有所了解,并且消除了患者的紧张恐惧心理,增强了患者对手术成功的信心。结论术前访视是整体护理在手术室护理工作中的具体实施,它有利于麻醉及手术的顺利进行,有利于患者术后的身心康复,也有利于提高护士的观察能力、专业知识水平和自身素质,确实收到术前访视所要达到的效果和目的。

Objective To explore the importance of preoperative visits in the operating room nursing work.Methods Visiting nurse preoperative day afternoon to ward inspection need surgery the patient＇s medical records,preoperative guidance to surgery patients,explain the knowledge of the surgery,and provide the correct psychological counseling,to reduce the patient＇s fear.Results By preoperative visit,operating room nurses to understand the basic situation and psychological situation of patient surgery,to enhance the patients＇ confidence in the successful operation.Conclusion The preoperative supervision is the concrete implementation of overal nursing in the operating room nursing,indeed received preoperative visits to achieve the effect and purpose.
